Nexgen V3

Nexgen V3 is the latest version of Nutritionist Pro. It covers the nexgen, nexgen-free, and nutkat frontends and backends, together with the Flask API and the MCP server. The V2 apps also run on the V3 databases, migrations, and seeders.
