Nexgen V2 deployment

Most of the Nexgen V2 deployment information lives in the repository README. This page is a short version.

The ECS deployment pulls from the GitHub main branch, so changes on a local branch are not included until they are merged to main.

The Nexgen V2 production version list is different from the Nexgen V3 versions and has not been added yet.
