Google Ads

Nutritionist Pro advertising runs in one Google Ads account. This page covers where that account is and how purchases in the app get back to it as conversions.

The account

The Google Ads account is Axxya Systems, customer ID 926-442-1561. Open the campaign's ad groups at Google Ads > Ad groups. If the link opens a different account, you're signed in to Google as another user. Use the account switcher at the upper right to pick the Axxya Systems account.

The internal dashboard reads this account through the Google Ads API; the credentials and access level are covered in Google Ads API access.

How conversions are tracked

The Nexgen apps contain no Google Ads code. There is no conversion ID or gtag('event', 'conversion') call anywhere in the V2 or V3 code. Instead, the apps load the Google Tag Manager container GTM-WXHXW22M in production, push a transaction event on the shop's thank-you page and a sign_up_free_trial event on the trial registration page, and the Google Ads conversion tags inside the container listen for those events. The same container also runs the Facebook pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

The full chain, including the event shapes, the three conversion actions and their labels, the Content Security Policy that has to allow each vendor, and how to verify or change any of it, is on Conversion tracking. Two things from that page matter most when reading the Ads charts:

  • You cannot tell from the code whether a conversion is set up correctly. The code and the container have to agree on the event names, and only GTM Preview or the served gtm.js shows what the container listens for.
  • The conversions reported before August 2026 were all trial sign-ups from the retired V2 trial host. Purchases were not counted in 2026 until the October 2026 fix, so the chart has no purchase baseline before that.

Tags load only in production. Staging, test, and local development send nothing.

Conversion actions in the account

Open Goals > Conversions > Summary. The actions fed by the container are:

  • Purchase GTM (primary): one per Chargebee invoice on the thank-you page, with the invoice total as the value.
  • Free Trial Signup - GTM (primary): one per successful trial registration.
  • Add to cart - GTM (secondary): observed but not counted in the Conversions column.

The three "GA4 (web) purchase" import actions are also primary and count the same sale as Purchase GTM. Deciding which should stay primary is open as of October 2026.

Known gaps

Some sales are not reported as conversions. The list is kept on Conversion tracking; in short, renewals, extra seats, upgrades, extensions and reactivations never reach the thank-you page, and nothing inside the Angular app is tracked.
